About Me
I am an Egyptian academic and researcher specializing in agronomy, plant physiology, crop production, biotechnology, stress physiology, halophytes, food security, and sustainable agriculture in arid and semi-arid environments.
With extensive experience in teaching, postgraduate supervision, academic leadership, scientific training, conference organization, and community service, my work focuses particularly on oil and sugar crops, irrigation and salinity stress, climate impacts on crops, alternative crops, hydroponics, nano-applications in agriculture, and statistical analysis for agricultural experimentation.
My academic journey has involved significant leadership roles, including serving as Vice Dean for High Studies and Scientific Research and Head of the Plant Production Department at Arish University. I am deeply committed to international academic collaboration, having engaged in postdoctoral research in Türkiye and coordinated programs with the Islamic University in Gaza.
